To be honest, many powerful things can help in human development change people’s lives, and improve our standard of living like meditation, therapy, Mindfulness, education, and motivational videos but reading books no matter good or bad can change your perspective of living.

Reading directly affects your brain and way of thinking. It can improve your IQ, your writing skills if you are a writer, your perspective and broaden the way you are looking at this world.

I read many good and bad books every week including some novels. Our brain can forget the words we listen to but remember the words we read. Books including the personal experience of the writer are the most valuable books as it is written by heart and not by research and the words directly leave an impact on the hearts of the readers.

I read many great books like:

“The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck: A Counterintuitive Approach to Living a Good Life” by Mark Manson

“The Housemaid” by Freida McFadden.

“Rich Dad Poor Dad” by Robert T. Kiyosaki.

“A Gentleman in Moscow” by Amor Towles.
