In this world of worries, everybody wants to stay fit and happy at the same time and it is said that fitter people are happier.

People with a little heavier weight want to lose it and become fit. In the meanwhile, people with less weight try hard to gain it. They work hard to get the positive result. No one in this world is happy with their weight.

Who wants to gain weight use bulking medicines and protein shakes. And who want to lose weight prefer dieting and burning calories by exercising daily.

So, let us discuss if is it good to lose weight or is good to gain weight or do we need to accept ourselves in the same condition.

Which Weight Is Perfect?

Some parameters define that this number is the ideal weight. It depends upon different factors like height and body shape.
